This incident caused the partial shutdown of the CTA tunnel and the T3 car park.

Two more people are now in custody related to a theft at Heathrow Airport in which 21 people were injured by what is thought to be pepper spray, as stated by police.

A man, 24, was arrested in Lambeth on suspicion of robbery and assault and a woman, 23 was arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow an investigation into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Heathrow's Terminal 3 on Sunday. Prior to the incident, a pair of female travelers had stolen from them their luggage upon exiting a car park lift.

A three-year-old girl was among the those hurt in the event. Five people went to hospital for medical care and have since been discharged.

Police detained a man in his thirties for suspected robbery and assault near the scene. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries as the investigation proceeds.

Police were called at about 08:10 GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals injured by a noxious substance thought to be pepper spray.

The attack - an event that authorities stated was isolated and not being treated as an act of terror - resulted in delays to rail services and the temporary shutdown of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park for a short time.
